Hi all, I have a question related to the possible usage of UWB devices in the outdoor environment.

My company has developed the LT102V2 which is an UWB radar (for which we are awaiting for FCC approval for indoor-only usage).
Now, a customer of us has developed an application around the LT102V2 for which outdoor usage is required.

I know that FCC prohibits “fixed outdoor usage” but the device of our customer is a mobile one: i.e. it is not intended as a fixed installation.
Moreover, being a radar it is not intended as a communication node (which, if I am not wrong, is the main concern for FCC).

Question is: which steps should we take to help our customer to operate their devices?
